“Let’s do dinner” a common discussion amongst the girls. “Why not”, I say in response but on the inside, I’d be falling apart. "OMG nothing fits what will I wear?" Then I’d squeeze into anything I could, or buy a new oversized T-shirt and a cardi to cover my goods.

At dinner I’d be wondering if anyone else was having dessert before our entrees had even arrived and I was always first to finish my food. “Anyone up for a day at the beach?”. “Never” sound familiar? This was my life, dinner in and dinner out, summer in and summer out.

Thank goodness that’s in the past. I have been on this journey for almost a year. I went in with high expectations. Having tried every diet on the yo- yo cycle I was possibly aware of and winding up 5kgs heavier each time I had finally resided myself to the fact that the only thing that had ever been somewhat successful was eating fairly well and exercising moderately- not hysterically. I’m a nurse, you’d think I’d know about “eating well” but I was doing all of the wrong things and now I know exactly what they were. I know not because I’m slimmer (although I am) I know because I FEEL it.

I have learnt to enjoy food, to eat when I need to, when I really need to. I have learned about what foods are good for me. That my journey is unique and there is no sort of one-size-fits-all plan and most of all I have learned that we only get one body and it’s our job to take care of it for as long as it’s ours. There was a time when all of this was far too complex to get my head around, and it just wasn’t a priority. I was blaming the food habits I developed many years ago, the influences of other women in my life, the fact that I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome at 18 and this makes it difficult to lose weight, I’d blame anything I could but the truth of it is that I chose what went onto my plate, and into my mouth and just as importantly I am now the role model for others and if it was the case that any of the food habits I had were a pattern developed early in my life from others influences it was surely my job to do something about putting a stop to that pattern for my little munchkins.

This program is not a diet, it’s a lifelong lifestyle change and as such its sustainable. I’m fitter, stronger and healthier than I ever recall being. It’s no longer very important to me but it was at the time I was doing my research so I’ll also share here that I’m about 15kgs and more than 100cms smaller/ lighter than I was when I started this journey. My skin is clear, my eyes are bright, I have an abundance of energy, avoided colds/ sickness all of the last 12 months and positive change is all around me. I feel like my life has just begun. I don’t kick myself for learning about Jordan and his program only a year ago, I thank those who shared the good word that lead me to it when they did. I also share my journey in the hope that others will start to live the wonderful benefits that have become part of my ‘normal’.

Before I joined EH, I was an emotional eater, and a true self saboteur.

You taught me to focus on getting organised, planning what I eat and implementing exercise into my daily life. I have transformed mentally & physically and will continue to do so with the utmost respect of your program.

I will continue to be a huge advocate of your online Evolutionary Health program! Feel free to share any photos of me (this is me Before Jordan and After Jordan) as I'm proud of my progress and I have given myself room to be grateful everyday for the little things in life.

I'm sure to have Jordan withdrawals. Thanks again mate for all that you have done for me...simply life changing. I will miss you.

Coming into Jordan's program, I had PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome – a hormonal imbalance) and I was experiencing symptoms of this that were impeding on my health and life. Having now lost almost 10kgs - a total of 26cms, this is truly just a by-product of having changed my habits, relationship with food, view on eating and expanded my knowledge of what I put into my body and the affect it has.

Jordan's program is an educational and inspiring catalyst for change and every person on this planet could benefit from working with him. My health has improved in so many ways, from improving energy levels, moods and sleep patterns, to providing me with emotional clarity and better digestive health. But more importantly, all of this led to healing many of my PCOS symptoms. My overall quality of life has therefore improved a lot because of this program.

Jordan, as a person and coach, takes this program to a whole other level. His approachability, knowledge, compassion, ability to put information into a language you can understand and gentle pokes for calling you on your own bullshit, makes him the best guide for health you could ever find.

The best thing about Jordan's program is it is sustainable for life. Working with Jordan is the best thing I have ever done for my health.

Louise: Autoimmune Disease Sufferer

18 Oct 2014

A personal trainer I was working with was discussing his experience with Jordan and his program, and I was curious to see whether Jordan’s program would help me.

In hindsight, I was at a low point in my life regarding my health. I had recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, which I suspect had been ongoing for approximately three to four years prior to seeking Jordan’s help.

My energy levels were at an all time low. I barely had enough energy to go to work and eat my tea; I was too tired to socialize, too tired to do housework, too tired to do anything.

My life was dictated by my low energy levels. Alongside the fatigue, I was having symptoms such as massive hair loss (coming out in handfuls), bloating, hot flushes, heavy sore periods, spotty breakouts (normally my skin was crystal clear), and feeling absolutely freezing all of the time, and I had gained about 10 kg.

I had sought help from doctors and naturopaths, however I was not coping well.

Jordan’s program for the month was the price of a naturopath’s consultation and I was spending hundreds of dollars on supplements, so I thought why not!

I worked with Jordan for over a period of six months and it has been the best thing I have done.

I am eternally grateful for all of Jordan’s help. He has taught me how to manage my autoimmune disease through the use of: foods, fish oil and magnesium.

I also have a new relationship with my body; I have learnt to love myself and understand what makes my body tick. I love what I now see in the mirror.

Jordan gives you the support when you need it most, but is also realistic in teaching you how to change your lifestyle in a manner that is sustainable long term.

Jordan thoroughly monitors what you are up to, and personalises everything specific to your needs, and more importantly, he is so responsive to any questions you may have! He bases his answers on evidence based research, not hear say!

As an added bonus of Jordan’s program, I managed to lose a total of 40.5 cm and 8.5 kg, and dropped from a large size ten to a small size eight, mostly through food and gentle exercise.

I cannot say enough good things about Jordan and his program. He has made a massive impact on my life and I am eternally grateful.

Erin: Working Mum and Migraine sufferer

Five months ago I was overweight, had daily headaches/migraines, insomnia and was very depressed.

I had been under specialist management through the Royal Melbourne Hospital, and advised that if I didn’t lose weight that I would likely lose my eyesight.

Now, I had tried every form of weight loss program there was, but I found Jordan.

Through his amazing program I’ve achieved fantastic results.

I’ve managed to regain who I am as a person.

I’m a better friend, mother, and wife. I’m more active and a better example to my young and impressionable children.

Not only has this program helped me, but my entire family.

We have all benefited from the program and as a family unit we have lost more than eighty kilograms.

The program is simple and easy to follow. Jordan’s professional and supportive attitude makes you feel extremely comfortable, and the added extra support of the group makes you feel like you’re not the only person with the same issue.

I’m so grateful to Jordan, his program has given me my life back!

Susan: Starting weight of 224kgs.

18 Oct 2014

I joined Jordan Lark’s Evolutionary Health program in March 2014.

There was little preparation for myself before I started the program, not like other diet fads I had tried; I started this program being very heavily overweight and with so many other health issues for e.g. Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, heart problems, asthma and fluid retention. I take medications for these conditions and I also had a tracheostomy in 2010 and was in ICU for almost two weeks. I also use a walking stick.

In my first month of Jordan Lark’s program, I lost a total of nineteen inches all over and I could feel the difference in myself, my body and my movements; just feeling so light and able to do so much for myself that I have had others have to do for me for so many years.

I cook my own meals without any assistance, I do more chores and I move around a lot more - I found I couldn’t keep my butt down; I loved being able to move around so easily and without running out of breath.

I was such on a high with all the massive improvements on my first month that I was motivated to lose another nineteen inches for my next month, my goal for the month, and YES I did it. I lost another nineteen inches on my second month of the program.

I loved the food I was eating and not missing what I use to eat at all.

My family were so over the moon and happy with my weight loss; I kept getting all positive comments and they couldn’t get over how I was losing my weight so fast and how my skin was looking so healthy.

I was also so happy and had so much energy - helping around the house was such a good feeling, because I know what it is like to not be able to do anything or go anywhere and that was just such a horrible and lonely feeling.... NO MORE!!!!!

This is the first program I have ever joined that I have stuck to and it’s so educational.

Jordan is awesome and I love the support groups too; they keep you motivated and they are shoulders to lean on.

I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, but we all know it’s up to the individual to decide and I hope that my story will help you make the right choice.

This is my fourth month and in total I have lost over sixty inches and over fifty kilograms, but I still have a fair way to go.

I know that by staying on this program, I will be able to achieve my goal.

Thank you, Jordan, for everything and also for your guidance and support.

Forever grateful.
